PROCEDURE LAW"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/izmene-zpppa-copy.jpeg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>DEC. 2022.<\/h2>\n<h1>AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON TAX PROCEDURE<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p class=\"uk-text-medium uk-width-xxlarge\">National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration (ZPPPA), which was published in Republic of Serbia Official Journal No. 138 of December 12, 2022. \nThe changes announced will be effective as of December 20, 2022. Srbije, usvojila je Zakon o izmenama i dopunama Zakona o poreskom postupku i poreskoj administraciji (ZPPPA), koji je objavljen u Slu\\u017ebenom glasniku Republike Srbije br. 138 od 12.decembra 2022. Najavljene izmene su stupile na snagu 20.decembra 2022. godine.
