| On March 11, 2026, our office hosted a professional workshop dedicated to the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, which has been fully in force since January 1, 2026, together with its accompanying regulations.

The meeting, organized by Konfindustrija Srbija, was an opportunity for companies to familiarize themselves with the key changes that the law brings - from new obligations of employers and methods of risk management, to regulations governing work at height, risk assessment, installation testing and record keeping.

The present guests were greeted by adv. Vladimir Mihaj and Zorana Leđanski, followed by a presentation by Tanja Zečević, master of technology and expert in health protection, safety and environmental risk management, who presented to the participants the practical aspects of implementing the new regulation, as well as the most common questions and challenges faced companiesencounter in practice.

Such meetings represent an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and support for companies in harmonizing with the new legislative framework.
