Vladimir Mihaj is the founder of MIHAJ LAW in Belgrade. In his practice, he focuses on company, commercial and international commercial law. Other areas in which he specializes include medical and sports law.
He is a member of the Board of Arbitrators of Confindustria Serbia.
Mihaela Turkan
After completing her studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, Mihaela also finlaised specialistic studies in the field of tax consulting, at the same faculty.
She gained work experience as an intern at lawyer Milka Mihaj, then as a junior associate at Studio legale Giovanni Slawitz in Parma and as an intern at the Commercial Court in Belgrade. Mihaela, is a lawyer in the MIHAJ LAW office, works as lawyer.
RASTKO SVIČEVIĆ
In the MIHAJ LAWoffice, Rastko Svičević works as a lawyer whose professional preferences are criminal, misdemeanor, sports, non-material damage compensation and medical law.
His professional work is based on solid years of experience in the domain, mainly, of criminal and civil law. He is the author of the professional book "Expertise on non-material damage".
STRAHINJA MARIČIĆ
Strahinja graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, and then, at the same faculty, completed his academic master's studies in the field of bankruptcy law.
He gained work experience as an intern at the Commercial Court in Belgrade, and then as an intern at the MIHAJ LAW MIHAJ LAW office, where he now works as a lawyer.

ALEKSANDRA STEFANOVIĆ
Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade. She gained experience as a law trainee in the practice of Vladimir Mihaj, and now works as a lawyer in the MIHAJ LAW office. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
The areas of her professional work in legal practice are commercial, administrative, labor law, as well as status issues of foreigners.
ALEKSANDRA VELIČKOVIĆ
Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. She gained experience as an intern with lawyers Milka Mihaj and Mihaela Turkan.
In the MIHAJ LAW office, works as a lawyer. The areas of her work are labor law, administrative, as well as civil law, regarding real law, obligation, family and inheritance law. Aleksandra is an exceptional connoisseur of court practice.
Ivana Vojteški
Ivana graduated from the School of Economics and has been working as an administrative associate at MIHAJ LAW for more than ten years works as Administrative Manager. MIHAJ LAW. Ivana has exceptional experience and knowledge in this field of work.
ALEKSANDRA RADOVIĆ – MARJANOVIĆ
Aleksandra Radović-Marjanović is a business developer at MIHAJ LAW. As a linguist and expert in PR and communications, she facilitates the daily functioning of the office at all levels.
IVANA ĐORĐEVIĆ
Ivana is a graduate of the Italian Language Department at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade. Her field of work is translation from and into Italian.
Tamara Šiljić
Tamara gained experience, first of all, by volunteering in non-governmental organizations for environmental protection, and then as an intern at the MIHAJ LAW, where she now works as a lawyer - external associate. She has been the vice president of the HR Forum Confindustria Serbia since 2019.
DRAGAN BOSANKIĆ
More than 20 years of work experience in banking, finance, accounting, tax and business consulting in companies such as Deloitte, Raiffeisen bank, Hypo Group-Alpe-Adria leasing, Credit Agricole bank, AIK bank and others. He is a member of the Serbian Fiscal Society (SFD) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is the director of Smart Tax Solutions d.o.o. White City.
VIOLETA MILOSAVLJEVIĆ
Violeta Milosavljević is a court interpreter for the Italian language. The fields of Violeta's law expertise are economy and medicine.
