Rastko graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. After completing his studies, he specialized, at the same faculty, in English, "Internet criminal law".
His professional work is based on many years of experience in the domain, mainly, of criminal and civil law. He is the author of the professional book ,,Expertise on non-material damages‟.
In the MIHAJ LAW works as a lawyer, whose professional preferences are criminal law, misdemeanor law, sports law, non-material damage compensation and medical law.
Rastko speaks English and Russian languages.
Outside of practicing law, he devotes his time to sports (primarily chess), interests in architecture, spending time with children and listening to music.
