HISTORY AND TRADITION

Another fact that we are proud of is the history of the office itself.
It was founded in 1991 by Milka Mihaj, the first female lawyer in Vršac. Her wish was that in the times of transition and in the atmosphere of undefined legal privatization regulations, she would help the employees who were harmed by the new way of structuring companies.

Milka was an exceptional expert in the field of labor law, and used her knowledge to advise and represent her clients in grueling privatization battles. She was an exceptional connoisseur of labor law. In addition to expertise and perseverance, she tried to ensure that the rights of workers and employees were always respected.

The MIHAJ LAW is run by the heirs of Milka Mihaj, son Vladimir Mihaj and daughter Mihaela Turkan.
